- Photo of the item/s that you received which clearly shows the issue
- Photo of the packaging that clearly shows the tracking number.
If you received more than 1 package and the issue is applicable for both shipment, DO NOT combine the items in one photo. Instead, make sure that you send the photos as instructed.
