Most failed checkouts are fixed by one of these. Verify the following before submitting an order.

  1. The “Verify You Are Human” Checkbox Is Completed. — It sits at the bottom of the checkout form — the most common reason payments silently fail.
  2. Age Confirmation Is Selected. — Required on every order — confirms you are 21 or older.
  3. Terms And Conditions Are Accepted. — The checkbox is just above Place Order.
  4. Interfering Browser Extensions Are Disabled. — Ad-blockers and privacy tools occasionally block the payment iframe.

Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks

The full return and refund terms live in the FAQ. Three things worth restating here so they’re visible at the payment step.

  1. Return Window — 7 Business Days. — Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery, and the package must be unopened and sealable.
  2. Refund Fees — 15% + $25. — Approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee per product, plus a $25 processing fee per transaction.
  3. Before A Chargeback — Contact Support First. — Contact support before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues are resolved within one business day.

The “Verify you are human” checkbox at the bottom of checkout is the most common cause. Then confirm age verification is selected, terms are accepted, and any interfering browser extensions (ad-blockers, privacy tools) are disabled.
(Mastercard and Visa are accepted; for Amex, use 4Square or crypto), a bank-side fraud decline (call the number on the back of your card to authorize), or an incomplete 3DS step. Don’t click Place Order twice. If it keeps failing, email before disputing. Most card issues are resolved within one to two business days.
4Square Systems is the merchant of record for the 4Square option, so your bank statement, Coinbase receipt, or wallet history will show “4Square” or “4Square Systems.” This is expected, not a billing error. If you see a 4Square charge but no order confirmation, email with your order number and the 4Square transaction details.
Crypto payments fail to reconcile when the amount is incorrect (underpayment), the wrong address is used (each order has its own address), or the network is congested (Bitcoin can take 60+ minutes at peak). Send the exact quoted amount to the correct address within the 15-minute rate-lock window. For issues, email with your order number and transaction ID (TXID).
