How To Pay

  1. Select The Card Option. — Choose “Mastercard & Visa Payment Via Epayments24 / ShieldHub” at checkout.
  2. Enter Your Card Details. — Cardholder name, card number, expiry date and CVV.
  3. Complete Bank Verification. — Finish any 3DS step if your bank triggers it. Don’t click Place Order twice — that risks a duplicate charge.
  4. Submit The Order. — On successful authorization the transaction confirms instantly and your order is processed.

Common Issues And How To Fix Them:

Unsupported Card Type. Only Mastercard and Visa are accepted — for Amex, use 4Square or cryptocurrency.

Bank-side Decline. Your bank flagged an unfamiliar merchant — call the number on the back of your card to authorize.

Incomplete Authentication. The 3DS or verification step wasn’t finished.
How To Fix It. If a transaction is declined, contact your issuing bank to authorize it before retrying. For ongoing issues, email before disputing — we resolve most card issues within one business day.
