You may return your order within 7 business days of the delivery date, provided the package is unopened and in sealed condition. This applies to Research SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs only.

Return shipping. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A free return label is provided only if SwissChems shipped the wrong or a damaged product.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact support. — Email support@swisschems.is within 7 business days of delivery. Our team will provide the return mailing address.
- Ship the package back. — Send the product in its original, unopened, sealed condition with a return tracking number.
- Warehouse inspection. — Once our warehouse confirms receipt, the team will inspect the returned items.
- Refund issued. — You will be notified once the refund has been processed. The 15% restocking fee is deducted at this stage.

Order Cancellations and Modifications
A $25 processing fee applies to all paid order cancellations. Alternatively, we can issue store credit for the full payment amount, which waives the $25 fee. Contact us as soon as possible — once an order is handed to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Cancellation requests are only possible while the order is still processing.
- Once endorsed for shipping, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders already dispatched.
- Refunds are not available if research products fail to meet expected outcomes.

Missing or Damaged Items
If any items are missing or damaged, notify us within 7 business days of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.

Pre-Shipment Delays, Wrong Addresses, and Returned Packages
Pre-Shipment Status
If your tracking shows a “Pre-shipment” status for more than a week, please be aware that packages are not always scanned immediately upon pickup. Most packages are scanned when they arrive at the local post office. Your package is most likely moving in transit as expected. Once an order has been handed to our logistics partner, it is outside of our control.
Wrong Address — No Refund or Reshipment
SwissChems does not offer refunds or reshipments for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We ship strictly according to the information entered on the order form. In such cases, we may offer a one-time 30% discount code for a future purchase.
Returned to Sender
If your order is marked Returned to Sender (RTS) by the carrier, and the package is received back at our warehouse in good and saleable condition, the following options are available:
- Reshipment — we will reship to the correct address. The customer is responsible for the return fees and the new outbound shipping fee.
- Store credit or refund — applicable fees will be deducted from the credit or refund amount, including the original shipping fee, which is non-refundable.
Please note that returned shipments are not guaranteed to reach our facility. If the package is not received back, or arrives in unsaleable condition, we are unable to offer reshipment, credit, or a refund. It remains the customer’s responsibility to verify all shipping address information before placing an order.

The descriptor shown on your bank statement depends on the payment method and gateway used at the time of your order — it is not a fixed name and will not always show “SwissChems.”
For card payments, the descriptor is displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order. Please check it before completing your purchase. As a reference, Mastercard transactions may appear as OPTIMUS DATA and Visa transactions as APL*APL*Erkotron, though this can vary.
