Quercetin Phytosome is a research chemical blend that combines Quercetin with phospholipids, both of which exhibit natural flavonoid, antioxidant, absorption, and anti-inflammatory properties. Quercetin is extracted from the Sophora Japonica flower. One study suggests that quercetin phytosomes may reduce markers of inflammation in overweight and obese adults. Furthermore, a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials on the effects of quercetin supplementation on blood pressure reported that quercetin may have a modest but significant effect in lowering blood pressure in hypertensive individuals.
