If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order, simply email us at [email protected] IMMEDIATELY or chat with us. Once an order is endorsed for shipping, we can no longer make any changes or cancel the shipment.

  • Chargebacks

Chargebacks by a credit card issuer are taken seriously. As a matter of fraud protection, any chargeback will result in the client being placed on the no-sell list. If you have an issue with your order, feel free to contact us anytime.
 
  • Payment Disputes

Kindly contact us at [email protected] first if you have a payment dispute because we can solve most problems faster than a bank or payment processor. Just like chargebacks, disputes are also taken seriously by the company and may also result in the client being placed on the no-sell list.

  • Returns

Purchased items may be returned unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned items will be refunded minus the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee (per item).

The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Contact us first before returning any purchased item/s for more info.

A return tracking number is required.
