If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order, simply email us at [email protected] IMMEDIATELY or chat with us. Once an order is endorsed for shipping, we can no longer make any changes or cancel the shipment.

Chargebacks by a credit card issuer are taken seriously. As a matter of fraud protection, any chargeback will result in the client being placed on the no-sell list. If you have an issue with your order, feel free to contact us anytime.
  • Payment Disputes

Kindly contact us at [email protected] first if you have a payment dispute because we can solve most problems faster than a bank or payment processor. Just like chargebacks, disputes are also taken seriously by the company and may also result in the client being placed on the no-sell list.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returned packages and refunds. If there are any missing or damaged items, we will resend them. If you don’t have confidence in us yet, we advise you to make a small order first to see if you’re happy with our products and services. You can also check out our reviews. We are confident that you’ll be satisfied as almost all of our customers are repeat customers.

Where possible, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment minus $25 processing fee per transaction.
