GENERAL INFORMATION

Swisschems may modify these policies at any time. Orders begin processing once payment is received, not when initially placed.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and may change due to various factors including weather, shipping volume, package delays, and other unexpected circumstances. You can monitor your shipment using the tracking number provided or by contacting the shipping carrier directly. For further support, please reach out to us at support@swisschems.is.

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking details may require up to 24 hours to appear in the system. If you don’t receive tracking information, please check your spam folder before requesting it be resent. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipments and contacting their local postal service if assistance is needed.

Our standard shipping carriers are USPS for domestic (US) deliveries and Asendia US for international orders. However, we may also use USPS for international deliveries. Estimated delivery times for each carrier are listed below:

USPS: 3 – 5 days
Asendia US: 15 – 20 working days

 

NOTE: Please note that our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders paid on Friday afternoon will be processed and shipped the following business day. All deliveries are scheduled for weekdays only.

Express delivery options (overnight and 2-day shipping through FedEx) are exclusively available to US customers and can be selected during checkout. International customers seeking alternative shipping carriers should contact support@swisschems.is.

 


PO BOX AND MILITARY ADDRESSES

We deliver to PO Box and APO addresses via USPS. Military address formatting options are provided during checkout.

 


SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

Orders totaling $150 or more require a signature upon delivery, and this service currently applies to domestic shipments only – US. Please ensure someone is present to sign for your package when it arrives. If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please contact us immediately through email, phone, or chat.

 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customers outside the US may encounter additional import restrictions, procedures, and fees when receiving these products. You are responsible for researching and following all applicable regulations to ensure legal compliance. Note that we have already removed countries with major import restrictions from our shipping destinations list.

In cases of package seizure, refunds and reshipments are not available – only a 30% discount will be offered as compensation.

We strongly encourage customers to understand their local import regulations before ordering, as delivery cannot be guaranteed for these product types due to potential customs restrictions.

Swisschems will not be responsible for any delays or losses due to internal or external conflicts in the receiving country. This includes, but is not limited to:

Civil unrest, strikes, or labor disputes.
Political instability or civil disturbances.
War, terrorism, or military action.
Natural disasters or extreme weather events.
Government actions, sanctions, or embargoes.
Customs delays, confiscation, or seizure.
Local infrastructure failures or disruptions.
Any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In such circumstances, Swisschems shall not be liable for compensation, refunds, or damages related to delayed or lost shipments. Customers accept these terms as a condition of placing their order.

Should customers require an alternative courier service due to delivery concerns or availability issues in their region, they are encouraged to contact our Customer Support team.

 


CUSTOMS FEES & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Each country maintains distinct customs processes, import duties, and regulatory requirements. Any fees or taxes levied by customs authorities or postal services are the customer’s obligation to pay.

 


CUSTOMS INSPECTION (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Customs inspections may delay your package delivery by couple of weeks or more. If this occurs, contact the shipping carrier to explore options for expediting the process. You may need to provide additional package details including contents, purpose, value, and supporting documentation. Ensure your responses align with the information provided in the customs declaration.

 


RESHIPMENT

Reshipment and store credit are available for orders returned to our warehouse, even after investigation and coordination with your local carrier. Always review your local courier’s delivery report, which provides GPS coordinates for each tracking update and verifies delivery location, time, and recipient information.

SwissChems cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered orders. We do not provide reshipments, store credit, or refunds in these circumstances. Please understand that once your package is transferred to our logistics partner, it is beyond our control.

 


CANCELATION, MODIFICATION OF ORDER AND ADDRESS CHANGES

Given our expedited processing times, order modifications may not be possible once items reach our fulfillment team. It is critical that you thoroughly review both your product selections and shipping address before finalizing your order to ensure accurate delivery and avoid complications.

Paid order cancellations incur a $25 processing fee due to our partnership with third-party payment processors. Alternatively, we can issue store credit for your payment amount, which eliminates the processing fee. This fee also applies to refund requests for orders returned to our facility.

RETURNS

We provide reshipment services or issue a store credit for packages returned due to incomplete addresses, incorrect addresses, or customer unavailability during delivery, provided the package was tracked and properly returned to our warehouse. Customers must cover all shipping costs and associated fees for the reshipment. 

Customers may return orders within 7 business days of delivery, provided bottle/s remain SEALED and UNOPENED. Returns are only accepted for bottled products, not vials, due to their sensitive nature. Therefore, it’s essential to thoroughly research and verify cart contents before placing your order. Please contact customer support for return instructions.

Free return label is provided only when we ship an incorrect order. Otherwise, customers bear all return shipping costs. Refunds are subject to a $15 return fee plus a $25 processing charge once the returned order is received. The return fee of $15 also applies to undeliverable orders returned to our facility. Alternatively, we can issue store credit for future purchases, which waives the $25 processing fee.

Below are reasons for invalid returns: 

Improper usage of research products ordered.
Mishandled and damaged products due to improper storage.

REFUNDS

All paid order cancellations incur a $25 processing fee due to our third-party payment processor requirements. Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders that have already been dispatched.

Refunds are not available if research products fail to meet expected outcomes. Please understand that results may vary, though we guarantee our products represent the highest quality available in the market.

If you’re uncertain about our services, we recommend starting with a smaller order to evaluate our products and customer experience. Feel free to review our customer feedback as well. We’re confident in your satisfaction, as the majority of our clientele consists of returning customers.

 


MISSING, WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We offer free reshipment for missing or damaged items, provided you submit a photo of the products received “as is, where is”. If you notice any missing, damaged, or incorrect items upon delivery, take a photo immediately and contact us right away. Photo documentation is required for all claims to process your FREE reshipment request and It should be reported to us within 7 business days from the date of delivery.

Immediate notification is required for any order-related issues.

For packages that are seized or missing despite being marked as delivered, refunds and reshipments are not available – only a 30% discount will be offered as compensation. Please understand that delivery outcomes are beyond our control. For international orders, we strongly recommend that customers familiarize themselves with local import regulations before ordering and understand that delivery cannot be guaranteed for these product types.
