Zelle Transaction Limits
The limit on a transaction value is set by your bank. This is not something that we have control of. Please contact your bank to increase the allowed amount.

Zelle Transactions from the Zelle App
Unfortunately, the Zelle app does not allow business payments when a debit card is connected. The Zelle app was designed for person-to-person payments and not person-to-business payments.

Please make sure that you follow the instructions when sending your Zelle payment. You can check the instuctions here.

Once the payment is sent, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the transaction and it will also include the date when the funds will be successfully transferred to our account.

  • Local bank Transfer

For Bank Transfers, it usually take about 2-3 business days for the amound to be successfully received in our account. Please note that some payments were received within 24 hours and this is something that we have no control as it depends on the banks involved. 

Orders are processed once the funds are successfully received in our account, NOT when the order was placed. 

Once the payment is successfully received, your order will be processed and you will be notified accordingly thorugh the email address that was indicated on your order form. You can also login to your Swiss Chems Account to check the status of your order.

Usually, the transaction is real time, however, there are some instances wherein there’s a delay although the funds are successfully deposited in our account within 24 hours for this payment method. If you created a Swiss Chems account, just log in to your account to check the status of your order. You will also receive a confirmation email once the payment is successfully deposited in our account so please make sure to check your inbox/spam/junk folders.
