  • My shipment was held in customs.

Kindly coordinate with your local customs regarding your shipment. We also recommend that you check out our Shipping Policy and Terms and Conditions for more information.
 
  • Customs Fees & Duties

Many countries have specific import fees, rules, and customs procedures. If a fee or tax is required by your customs or postal carrier, it is your responsibility to fulfill the payment obligation. Kindly make sure to also check our Shipping Policy and Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
 
  • Customs Delays

If a package is held by customs for inspection it could be delayed for several weeks. You should contact the courier and find out if anything can be done to expedite the process.
 
Typically they will request additional information such as what the product is, what it is for, how much it cost, a copy of the invoice (if you don’t have a copy of your invoice after checking your inbox/spam/junk folders, you may send a request by sending us an email at [email protected]) or additional documentation.
 
It is important your answers are consistent with our customs declaration. If the package was shipped by USPS then custody will be transferred to your local national postal service on arrival to the destination country.
 
In that case, you will need to call your local postal service (the outgoing courier is USPS and it will be handled by your local post office once the package reached the destination country). You may also check our Shipping Policy and Terms and Conditions for more information.
  • My Package wasn’t Delivered

If the courier claims your package was delivered but you have not received it, it is possible a neighbor or front desk receptionist has it.
 
Please also make sure that the shipping address that you indicated on your order form is complete and correct. If the shipping address is correct, kindly contact the courier’s local office and speak to the postmaster.
 
They will have GPS coordinates on each tracking update and can confirm where it was delivered, when, and to whom.
 
If the postmaster claims the package was delivered correctly, please wait at least 1 week for the package to turn up. If it does not turn up please send us an email at [email protected].

Our Peptides that are sold per vial comes unlabeled as pictured on the website. They can be identified through the top colors of each vial, and the top color per Peptide (vial) is indicated on the product page.
 
Should you need assistance identifying the Peptide vial that you received, please send us an email and make sure to include the following:
 
  • Photo of the vial/s that you received
  • Photo of the packaging wherein the tracking number is visible

  • How do I track my order?

An email with your tracking details will be sent to the email address that was indicated on your order form once your order has been shipped.
Kindly make sure to check your inbox/spam/junk folders.
You can simply follow the link in the email to track your order.

  • I did not receive my tracking number

All orders take about 1-2 business days to process and the tracking numbers are forwarded to the email address that was indicated on your order form. Kindly make sure to check your inbox/spam/junk folders. If it’s not there, please send us an email at [email protected]is to request for a copy of the tracking information.
 
  • The tracking information for my shipment is not updating.

We drop off packages to the post office twice a day. We never hold unto your packages. Sometimes, some shipments do not track the way they are supposed to. If it’s still within the guaranteed timeframe, kindly give it more time for the information to update. Otherwise, you may coordinate with the courier for more information regarding your shipment.
 
  • I ordered SARMs and Peptides but I only received half of my order. Is there another shipment coming in?

We ship out SARMs and Peptides separately, please double check your inbox/spam/junk folders for the second tracking number. Otherwise, you may send us an email at [email protected]is to request for a copy of the tracking numbers.
 
  • My shipment was held in customs.

  • Can I expedite the shipment of my order?

At this time, Express Shipping is not yet available. Hopefully, we would be able to offer this in the near future.
 
  • Can I pay extra and choose the courier for my order i.e DHL/UPS, etc?

Please send us an email at [email protected]is and include the name and quantity of the products that you are looking to order.
 
  • I entered the wrong shipping address.

Please make sure to contact us by sending an email to [email protected]is  IMMEDIATELYOtherwise, we will no longer be able to correct or stop a shipment once it’s endorsed for shipping.  
We do not offer a refund or reshipment for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. Please note that we only follow what is indicated on the order form. We can only offer a one-time 30% discount that you can use on any future transaction.
 
  • Returned to Sender due to incorrect shipping address

If your order was tagged as Returned to Sender by the courier due to incorrect address on your order form, we won’t be able to offer a Reshipment or Refund. Please check our Shipping Policy and Terms and Conditions for more information. 
 
  • Do you ship to APO/Military Address?
Yes, we do except for Peptides.
 
  • Mail Forwarding

We welcome orders from anywhere in the world and do our best to guarantee delivery. However, if you are using a mail forwarding service we cannot guarantee successful delivery to the forwarded mail address, as this is not something we control. We will ship your order to the shipping address that was indicated on your order form.
 
  • Shipping Restrictions

There may be shipping restrictions on some products, and some products may not be shipped to some destinations. If you are outside the USA there may be additional importation restrictions, procedures, and fees. It is your responsibility to research and complies with local laws. If you ordered a combination of SARMs, PCT and Peptides, the Peptides are shipped separately from the 2 which means that you will receive 2 different tracking numbers. 

The tracking numbers are sent to the email address that was indicated on the order form, make sure to check your inbox/spam/junk folders. You can also login to your Swiss Account to check the status of your order. You may also request for the tracking numbers by sending us an email or chatting with us.

 

Please send us an email at [email protected] and include the following:

  • Photo of the item/s that you received which clearly shows the issue
  • Photo of the packaging that clearly shows the tracking number.

If you received more than 1 package and the issue is applicable for both shipment, DO NOT combine the items in one photo. Instead, make sure that you send the photos as instructed.

If you ordered 2 Peptides and they have the same top color listed on the product page, our dispatch team will label them accordingly so you would still be able to identify them.
